Brieanne (Gahlinger) Sanders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and operations management. Currently serving as an ASRC Recruiter and Development Partner at Michelin since December 2021, Brieanne has held multiple roles including Senior Industrial Progress Engineer and Industrial Progress Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Marco's Pizza, where Brieanne worked as Sr Director of Operations Excellence and Director of Operations Services, and at Thorntons Inc. as Manager of Operations Engineering, focusing on labor model development and cost optimization. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Kitchen Brains and Yum! Restaurants International, managing technical projects and implementing operational systems, as well as various engineering roles at UPS, where contingency operations and service guarantees were critical.
