Timothy W. Miller has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in customer service, technical support, and correctional facility operations. Recent experience includes serving as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January to July 2023. Prior to that, Timothy worked at TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022, providing customer service and technical support to Google Fi customers. Previous positions also include correctional officer duties at TDCJ, where tasks involved overseeing inmate activities and managing contraband, as well as serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern.
