Misty Burns holds a Doctor of Law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California, Misty has worked as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Burns later joined Energy Future Holdings as the Associate General Tax Counsel and eventually moved to Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, where Misty has held various finance-related roles, including Controller, Director of Finance, and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance.
