Guen Eckstein is an accomplished professional in the retail and fashion industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Product and Design at Michael Stars since June 2022. Prior to this role, Guen had a long tenure at Urban Outfitters, where a progression from Senior Buyer to General Merchandise Manager and Direct Merchandise Manager spanned over a decade from 1999 to 2012 and then resumed from 2012 onwards. Additionally, Guen held the position of Merchandise Director at Athleta from May 2019 to July 2022 and served as Director/Senior Merchant at Lands' End from December 2010 to October 2012, along with a role as MM Knits at American Eagle Outfitters in 2010.
