Lindsay Monaghan, MHRM, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Michael Garron Hospital, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Lindsay held the Director of Human Resources role at Citron Hygiene from January 2017 to November 2021 and served as the Manager of Human Resources at Workplace Resource Canada from 2012 to January 2017. Earlier career experience includes roles at Herman Miller Canada as both Sales Operations Manager and Human Resources Associate, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Siemens Canada for a brief period in 2003. Lindsay's educational background includes a Master of Human Resources Management from the School of Human Resource Management at York University and a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College. A Bachelor of Science in Biology was obtained from the University of Guelph.
