Terry Perreira is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Michael Foods since January 2019, and previously held roles such as Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management. Prior to this, Terry worked at Jack Link's Protein Snacks as Director of Human Resources & Talent Management and at Ecolab, where positions included Director of Human Resources for North America Supply Chain and other key divisions. Earlier experience includes a role at ConAgra Foods as Director of Human Resources/HR Manager. Terry holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Drake University, complemented by foundational education at Punahou School.
