Matthew Cappiello is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Michael Foods since June 2012, Matthew previously held the position of Sr. Brand Manager. Prior roles include Category Manager - Seafood at King & Prince Seafood, Associate Marketing Manager at Rich Products, and Associate Marketing Manager at Campbell Soup Company. Additionally, Matthew worked as an Account Executive - Retail at Campbell Soup Company and served as a Field Artillery Officer in the US ARMY. Matthew earned an MBA with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University and holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
