Edward Phillips is a seasoned professional in the fields of civil engineering and program management, currently serving as the VP Region Practice Lead for Federal at Michael Baker International since October 2020. With extensive experience in managing federal projects, Edward oversees significant initiatives, including a major reconstruction effort at Tyndall Air Force Base. Prior roles include program management positions within the Baker-Stanley-Cardno Joint Venture and Project Transition USA, where Edward supports transitioning military personnel. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Edward held various leadership positions, including City Manager for MacDill Air Force Base and Senior Construction Program Manager at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, managing large-scale construction portfolios. Edward holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master’s in Engineering and Environmental Management, and a Master's in Military Operational Art and Science.
