Andrew Brearley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and the audio/visual industry. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since September 2019 and as a Teaching Fellow with NYC Teaching Fellows, Andrew also operates a record label, Potions Music NYC, which focuses on producing physical and online content for artists. Additionally, Andrew has been involved in freelance audio, video, and lighting stagehand roles for several companies since 2016 and has a background in event production through Music First Productions. An entrepreneur, Andrew has managed a successful online used record sales business since 1999 and previously ran a retail record shop, HYDE PARK RECORDS. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Audio Arts and Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp.
