Jean-Claude Hayoz has extensive experience in maintenance management and production leadership. Since June 2009, Jean-Claude has served as Leiter Instandhaltung Geflügel at Micarna SA, focusing on poultry maintenance operations. Prior to this role, Jean-Claude worked at Saia-Burgess Controls from July 1984 to May 2009 as Fertigungsleiter SMD + Electronic Solution, overseeing SMD manufacturing processes and electronic solutions. Jean-Claude holds a Techniker TS degree in Betriebtechnik, obtained from IBZ Schulen für Technik Informatik Wirtschaft Brugg between 1998 and 2001.
