Christina Marschall has extensive experience in quality management and sustainability within the food industry. Currently serving as Leiterin Qualität at M-Industrie Segment I since January 2020 and as Leiterin Qualitätsmanagement at Micarna SA since November 2017, Christina previously held the role of Head of Sustainability at Micarna SA, where responsibilities included leading the sustainability team and implementing a sustainability management system based on ISO 14001. The professional journey includes a sabbatical traveling through North and South America and earlier roles as a Sustainability Expert and Project Engineer Seafood at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund. Christina's education includes a Master in Food Sciences from ETH Zürich and a CAS in Big Data and Supply Chain Management from Rochester-Bern Executive Programs.
