Thomas Ernst is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data analytics and business insights. As the Chief Technology Officer at Micado since August 2018, Thomas has focused on utilizing Salesforce’s Einstein Analytics to enhance customer insights, enabling clients to create effective sales and marketing strategies. Previously, Thomas served as a Business Insights Consultant at Spark New Zealand, where responsibilities included developing the Delta Analytics Application and enhancing business tools using Salesforce technology. Thomas has also contributed to Salesforce as a Senior Business Analyst and made a notable presentation at Dreamforce 2017. Early career experience includes IT consultancy and research analysis, complemented by a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Massey University and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Regensburg.
