Robert Couzens has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Robert is currently working at MIC Global as a Project Manager since January 2023. Previously, they worked at AXA Partners, where they held various positions, including Global Project Manager from April 2019 to December 2022, PMO from August 2016 to March 2019, Complaints Investigator from November 2012 to August 2016, Claims Handler from December 2010 to November 2012, and Customer Service Representative from December 2008 to December 2010. Before joining AXA Partners, they worked at Hurley Palmer Flatt as a Trainee Mechanical Engineer from September 2007 to October 2008.

Robert Couzens attended Trinity School of John Whitgift from 1999 to 2005. During their time there, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in December 2016. In November 2019, they obtained the Agile Project Management Foundation certification from APMG International, followed by the Agile Project Management Practitioner certification from the same institution in December 2019.
