Vira Pyrih is a Business Analyst at MIC Customs Solutions since November 2022 and previously served as a Business System Analyst at Netcracker Technology from May 2021 to October 2022. At Netcracker Technology, Vira focused on gathering and analyzing requirements for CRM systems, preparing and reviewing various functional and design documentation, and maintaining communication with customers while collaborating with development and QA teams. Vira is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Vienna, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' completed in 2022.
