Thomas Hartmann has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Director of the Project Department at MIC Customs Solutions since March 2004, after holding roles as Senior Manager Projects and Project Manager. Prior to this, Thomas was the Head of Software Development at Seminar-Shop GmbH from 2001 to February 2004. Thomas Hartmann holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics with a focus on Information Management from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
