Hernan Dario Salazar Bonilla is an experienced English language teacher and human resources recruiter with a diverse educational background. Since June 2020, Hernan has been teaching English and Spanish at Avanti Language School, while also serving as a human resources recruiter at Mibanco Colombia since February 2022, where responsibilities include candidate recruitment and relationship management with employment agencies. Hernan holds a Bachelor's degree in English teacher training from Universidad de La Amazonia and a Master's degree in applied linguistics from Universidad Europea del Atlántico. Additional teaching experience includes positions at Smart Academia de Idiomas, Universidad Antonio Nariño, Colegio Cristiano Maranatha, Academia Nacional De Sistemas, and Escuela Normal Superior, with a focus on guiding students through various levels of English proficiency. Hernan also completed a technical qualification in human resources management at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
