Gustavo Riva is an experienced professional specializing in solution architecture and digital transformation. Currently serving as an Arquitecto de soluciones at Mibanco since August 2021, Gustavo focuses on defining architecture for CIAM solutions and enhancing channel monitoring and operational processes. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Grupo AJE, where Gustavo led digital transformation projects across multiple countries, and consultant for SUNAT, providing strategic guidance for the improvement of tax and customs control systems. Gustavo's extensive background encompasses architectural design, technological integration, and project management in reputable companies such as Entel, tgestiona Perú, Telefónica, and Trend Micro. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Planning and Business Management from Universidad Ricardo Palma, along with multiple degrees in IT and systems engineering.
