Robert Hanes currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Miami University, teaching the Business of Esports since January 2022. In addition, Robert is the Cofounder, President, and CEO of The Game Haus LLC, where oversight includes business transactions, hiring, editing, and website development, while managing the website with the Front Office Staff since July 2015. Consulting work in the Esports business has involved collaborations with organizations like BWG, focusing on developing Esports teams at amateur levels and in educational institutions. Previous experience includes an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual and a role as a Sales Associate at Lids. Robert holds a Master of Education in Social Studies Teacher Education from Miami University and a High School Degree in History from Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy.
