Marina Cookson

Miami Open Ball Person at Miami Open and Hard Rock Stadium

Marina Cookson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various leadership and mentoring roles. Currently serving as the Hispanic Heritage Fund Latinos on the Fast Track Institute Leader and Scholar at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, Marina has also contributed to Jackson Memorial Hospital as a Rehabilitation Intern and is a Research Staff and Volunteer Lead at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Additional involvement includes mentoring within the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and participating in the Girls are for STEM Program at the University of Miami. Marina has held leadership positions in the Youth Board of Directors at ThumbsUp International and as Medical Club President at the School for Advanced Studies-Wolfson. Educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University, alongside various relevant programs and certifications.
