Carlos Garcia, MSM, currently serves as the Business Development & Grants Advisor for Miami DDA since January 2022, overseeing business grant funds and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previous experience includes roles as a Community Outreach/Public Information Specialist at The Valerin Group, Inc., and various positions within Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where responsibilities included managing public relations, community outreach, and supervising office operations. Carlos has also worked in customer service and operations management within healthcare and restaurant sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management and ongoing pursuit of a Ph.D. in Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision and Management.
