Roy Coley, MBA, is an accomplished leader in the water and sewer industry, currently serving as the Director of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department since May 2021. Previously, Roy held the position of Director of the Public Works Department at the City of Miami Beach from June 2015 to May 2021, and before that, served as the Director of Operations at the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority from August 2005 to August 2015. Roy holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University.
