Justin Estevez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in grant management, property management, and real estate. Currently serving as the STEM Grant Manager at Miami Dade College since February 2022, Justin oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing participation in STEM fields through the NSF INCLUDES ALISE Alliance Eastern Hub and manages various educational grants. Previously, Justin held multiple roles in property management, including Property Manager for AKAM Living Services, where oversight included a 320-unit residential and commercial condominium. Additionally, Justin has experience as an asset and on-site manager in various real estate capacities, along with a foundational role in student operations at St. John's University. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in History from Queens College.
