Dena Liston, MBA, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at Miami City Ballet since December 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Development. Prior to this role, Dena was the Chief Development Officer at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County from July 2018 to October 2021 and worked as a Senior Major Gifts Officer at Artisā€”Naples from November 2014 to July 2018. Additionally, Dena contributed as a Major Gifts Officer at Eastern Virginia Medical School between April 2011 and December 2013, where responsibilities included planning and implementing major donor fundraising strategies for the EVMS Foundation. Earlier in Dena's career, leadership roles included Director of Major Gifts and Development Manager at Operation Smile from October 2005 to March 2011. Dena holds an MBA from Strome College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary.
