Gerald Hess serves as the John Deere Division Manager and OEM Division Operations Manager at Mi-T-M Corporation, a prominent designer and manufacturer of industrial equipment based in Peosta, Iowa, since May 1999. Additionally, Gerald has been a Council Member for the City of Peosta, IA, since November 2011, contributing to the governance of one of the state's fastest-growing cities. In April 2013, Gerald also took on the role of President of the Ducati Owners Club of Iowa, which caters to Ducati enthusiasts. Gerald holds a degree from Upper Iowa University, completed between 1995 and 1999.
