Cody Simoneaux currently serves as the Vice President of Land at M/I Homes, Inc., overseeing land acquisition, entitlements, and development activities for a 500-unit builder in the Charlotte market since August 2020. Prior to this role, Cody held various positions at Taylor Morrison, including Vice President of Land Development and Director of Land Development, from March 2017 to July 2020. Cody's career also includes extensive experience at PulteGroup as a Land Development Project Manager and in multiple roles at NVR, Inc. and Harkins Builders, Inc. Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University in 2009.
