Sara González Rubio is a PMO Consultant at MI-GSO | PCUBED, currently working with Airbus Defense and Space on A400M Retrofit Planning and Internal Implementation, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts and ensuring project compliance through stakeholder engagement. Previously, Sara held roles in business development at ICP Logística, focusing on customer acquisition and supply chain optimization, and served as a Project Engineer and Proposals Engineer at Yokogawa, where technical specifications were developed and cost estimation processes improved. Sara holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering: Process Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
