Martin Michaud is an experienced program and project manager currently serving as a Program Manager at MDA since March 2024, overseeing a fast-track factory expansion and industrialization project. Previously, Martin held the role of Project Management Officer at MI-GSO | PCUBED and worked at Airbus from April 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring the A220 fleet's in-service performance. Martin's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and various degrees in relevant fields from École de technologie supérieure, Heriot-Watt University, and Avans University of Applied Sciences. With a diverse range of experience in research, energy consulting, and environmental project management, Martin has developed key skills in budget management and stakeholder engagement.
