Joel Kelly is a Project Management Consultant at MI-GSO | PCUBED since April 2022, with prior experience as a Civil Engineer at AECOM from January 2019 to July 2021, contributing to the Civil Infrastructure Team. Joel also served as a Site Engineer at CPB Contractors from February 2017 to October 2018, where responsibilities included the delivery of critical facilities for the WestConnex project and managing project safety and quality. A Sustainable and Design Engineering Intern at Unbound for a brief period in 2017, Joel participated in the New Colombo Plan Scholarship program exploring community resilience in Nepal. Previous roles include Cadet Engineer at Transport for NSW, focusing on traffic modeling and GIS mapping, and Traffic Engineering Officer at Roads and Maritime Services, developing traffic management plans. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.
