Ashley Schultz Henricksen, MSW, LICSW, is an experienced mental health professional currently employed at Mental Health Systems since September 2015, providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in both group and individual settings. Ashley has a strong background in research and community programs, serving as a Research Project Coordinator at the University of Minnesota for a longitudinal study on adolescent brain development, while also conducting medical interviews for a Women's Health Study. Prior experience includes roles at ACR Homes, where Ashley supervised operations within a group home for women with developmental disabilities, and as a Senior Laboratory Technician at the University of Minnesota. Ashley possesses a Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota, attained in 2016, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology earned in 2009.
