Lee O'Connor has a strong background in sales, with experience in various leadership roles. Lee is currently working at MHR as the Head of Sales UKI- Alliance Division, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Quadient, where they held multiple positions such as Sales Director, Director of Alliance and Enterprise Solutions, and Head of Sales. Lee joined Quadient in February 2013 and left in February 2022. Lee also has experience working at Pitney Bowes, where they were a Sales Manager and Senior Sales Consultant from 2002 to 2010.

Lee O'Connor attended BEO from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained 9 GCSE's. After that, from 1995 to 1998, they studied economics, politics, and sociology at Worcester Sixth Form College, achieving 3 A Levels. They then pursued higher education at the University of Worcester from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in sociology and economics. In addition, Lee obtained a Sales and Marketing Management certification with a distinction from ISMM in June 2001.
