Kate Featherstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at MHR since September 2020. In this role, Kate specializes in the People First Onboarding product, working within an agile team to drive value and impact. Previous positions at MHR include Product Manager and Business Analyst, where key achievements included launching a mobile app and managing compliance projects. Additionally, Kate undertook a rotational Graduate Scheme at MHR, gaining valuable exposure across various departments.
