Ayesha Dassa is currently an In-Service Engineering Structures Intern at MHI RJ Aviation Group, with previous experience as a Materials Engineering Intern at the Department of National Defence. Ayesha co-founded MyPlutoDesigns in April 2020 and held various roles, including Engineering Scholar at the Elsie MacGill Learning Centre and a First Year Connections Mentor at Carleton University. Additional experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Instructor for Virtual Ventures Summer Camps and Programs and as a FLIK Ambassador, supporting female founders and apprentices. Ayesha worked as a Store Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. from June 2020 to April 2021. Ayesha is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace: Structures, Systems, and Vehicle Design at Carleton University.
