Kirsty Foster is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Associate Tax Director at MHA since April 2024, following the merger of MHA Moore and Smalley with MHA. Prior to this role, Kirsty held multiple positions within MHA Moore and Smalley, including Associate Director - Tax Advisory and Senior Tax Manager. With a strong background in taxation, Kirsty also worked as a Chartered Tax Adviser at Kirsty Foster CTA and served as Tax Senior Manager at DTE Business Advisers Ltd. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Private Client Manager at Jackson Stephen LLP and Tax Manager at Sedulo, alongside earlier work as a Tax Adviser at Deloitte PCS Limited. Kirsty holds an LLB in Law, an MA in Biotechnological Law and Ethics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from The College of Law.
