Carolyn Certa serves as a Project Controls Manager at M&H since December 2013, overseeing a team of project controls coordinators to support various engineering and technical projects, including backlog planning, cost control, and logistics coordination. Prior to this role, Carolyn was a Project Controls Coordinator and held the position of Director of Therapeutic Recreation at Grace Care Center of Cypress. Additionally, Carolyn worked as an Account Manager at BETA TECHNOLOGY, INC. in early 2013. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration/Therapeutic Recreation from Texas State University, obtained in 2012.
