Lisa Malon is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as VP of HR and Culture at MGT, a national technology and advisory solutions leader since September 2024. Previously, Lisa held pivotal roles at Thoughtworks, leading Global People Operations and supporting a significant team across North America during a critical IPO preparation. Prior experience includes strategic HR leadership at Capgemini, comprehensive HR management at Opus Capital Markets Consultants, and foundational roles at Caresoft Global, where skills in training and team performance were developed. Lisa's career began in customer service at DiTardi & Associates Insurance, following a BA in English and Business Institutions from Northwestern University.
