Tess Quaglieri is an experienced engineering and operations manager with a strong background in training and development within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at MGM Springfield since March 2021, Tess previously held the position of Training & Development Manager for Engineering at the same organization. Tess's responsibilities have included overseeing onboarding training, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing labor productivity, and collaborating with various departments for operational efficiency. Prior to MGM Springfield, Tess held various roles at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, including Training Manager for EVS and Hotel Operations Manager, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational streamlining. Additionally, Tess's early career included Front Office Manager at The Signature at MGM Grand. Tess earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology and Economics from the University of the Philippines Baguio from 1980 to 1985.
