Eric Edwards possesses extensive experience in IT operations and network management. Currently serving as an IT Operations Senior Engineer at MGM Resorts International since 2017, Eric is responsible for monitoring and managing corporate systems and applications to ensure optimal system uptime. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at Ericsson | Clearwire as a Network Operations Technician and Commissioning Technician Lead, overseeing the integration of WiMAX and LTE RF Base Stations, and worked as a Cyber Transport Craftsman in the Air National Guard, focusing on military network infrastructure. Eric also gained valuable skills as a Network Support Specialist at Kimball Hill Homes, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and managing network operations. Eric holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an Associate's degree in Business from the College of Southern Nevada, along with completion of various specialized military training programs.
