Douglas Kim, MS, currently serves as the Executive Director of Wine at MGM Resorts International since September 2021, having previously held the position of Director of Wine at Bellagio from June 2016 to September 2021 and Wine Director at Picasso. Prior experience includes working as a Sommelier at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from June 2010 to June 2016 and as a Captain at The Venetian® | The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. from March 2008 to March 2010. Douglas Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2006-2008) and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America (2004-2006).
