Prior experience includes working as a Sommelier at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from June 2010 to June 2016 and as a Captain at The Venetian® | The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. from March 2008 to March 2010. Douglas Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2006-2008) and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America (2004-2006).
