Vanessa Choi is an accomplished professional in hospitality training, currently serving as the Senior Hospitality Services Training Manager at MGM MACAU since July 2019. With a strong background in hotel operations, Vanessa has held various roles at MGM MACAU, including Hotel Operations Training Manager and Rooms Training Manager, and previously worked as a Training Manager at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Vanessa's career began at MGM MACAU in February 2008, progressing through positions such as Concierge Supervisor and Assistant Training Manager - Rooms. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Macau, a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Event Management from the International Management Institute in Switzerland, and a Higher Diploma in Tourism Business Management from the Institute for Tourism Studies in Macau.
