Paul Zhang is a seasoned beverage and bar manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Beverage Manager at MGM MACAU since November 2020, Paul previously held the position of Bar Manager. Transitioning from Paul Z's Cocktail Experience from April 2018 to November 2020, Paul showcased unique cocktail expertise as Head Bartender and actively shared knowledge with over 500 bartenders across China. Prior experience includes roles at The Peninsula Hotels, where Paul was a founder and Bar Manager, and The Ritz-Carlton in both Macau and Tianjin, where Paul contributed to bar openings and received professional training. Paul began bartending at the Sheraton Hotel in Tianjin in 2010. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Nankai University.
