Pankaj Singh Manhas is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at Galaxy Macau since September 2022, while also holding the position of Restaurant Chef at MGM MACAU since February 2022. Prior roles include Demi Chef at The Londoner Hotel from March 2021 to February 2022, Restaurant Chef at Wynn Macau from September 2019 to August 2020, and Chef at Galaxy Macau from March 2018 to September 2019. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business Administration and Management from Sabarmati University.
