Fatima Cou is an accomplished human resources executive with over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the hospitality and gaming industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MGM MACAU since September 2011, Fatima Cou oversees staffing, relocation teams, and Cotai Human Resources operations. Previously, Fatima Cou held positions as Director of Human Resources at MGM MACAU, Venetian Macau, and Wynn Macau, where responsibilities included managing staffing functions, employee communications, and HR-related issues across various departments. Fatima Cou earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
