Hibatoullah Hatoum is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Partner at MGC Legal since January 2022. Prior to this role, Hibatoullah held the position of Head of the Legal Department at Electricité du Liban (EDL) from April 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with attorneys on labor cases and drafting various contracts while preparing legal opinions on significant agreements. Hibatoullah also served as a Legal Department Specialist, engaging with major international banks to optimize pricing strategies for EDL and seeking legal guidance from the Ministry of Justice. Hibatoullah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lebanese University and a High School Diploma in Life Sciences from The International School of Choueifat SABIS.
