Kristen Kirst is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in doll hair design and styling. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at MGA Entertainment since August 2021, Kristen previously owned and operated TheeHeadrooter from October 2013 to May 2022, specializing in creating and designing hair styles for dolls. From 2002 to April 2013, Kristen held the position of Senior Hair Designer/Stylist at MGA Entertainment, focusing on prototypes, final releases, and various promotional materials. Earlier career experience includes working as a Hair Designer at Mattel from September 2000 to February 2002, where collaboration with designers and engineers on prototype fashion dolls was key. Kristen holds a Master Makeup Course degree from The Makeup Studio Academy and an Associate of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from FIDM.
