Tahir Rasool, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Talent & Organization Development at MG Motor Pakistan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tahir held the position of Head of Human Resources at Stylers International from January 2018 to December 2022 and served as Head of HR & Admin at Advance Fashion Pvt Limited from November 2013 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Crescent Textile Mills Ltd from February 2002 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Harvard Manage Mentor in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School, a Building High Performance Teams certificate from Lahore University of Management Sciences, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Additional degrees comprise an LLB in Law, an MBA in Marketing & HR, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of the Punjab.
