Amelia Sykes serves as the COO and Head of Strategy for Global Distribution and Product at M&G Investments since February 2023 and is a Director of Strategy and Business Management at TheCityUK since March 2023. Amelia Sykes also holds a position as a Trustee Board Member for the M&G Group Pension Scheme since April 2022. Previously, Amelia Sykes was with M&G plc from September 2018 to February 2023, assuming various leadership roles, including Director of Strategy for both Asset Management and Global Distribution, as well as Business Manager to the CEO. Before this, Amelia Sykes worked as a Senior Manager at Prudential plc for a brief period in 2018 and spent six years at L.E.K. Consulting as a Consultant. Additionally, Amelia Sykes gained experience as a Special Advisor during a secondment at The Royal Household in 2016. Amelia Sykes earned a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2011.
