Robel Habtemariam, PE, currently serves as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at MEYERS+ ENGINEERS since July 2022. Previously, Robel held various positions at ME Engineers from February 2018 to July 2022, including Project Manager and Mechanical Project Engineer, following an internship as an Engineer. Robel gained valuable experience during a summer internship at the National Technical University of Athens, where a statistical tool was developed to assess the impact of energy mix on electrical power supply systems, culminating in a research paper presented at Green Energy & Expo in Atlanta, Georgia. Earlier experience includes work as a Graduate Assistant at the Eritrea Institute of Technology, facilitating mechanical engineering lab experiments and supporting students' final projects. Robel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Asmara, a double MSc in Clean and Renewable Energy from Mines Paris - PSL and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a Certificate in HVAC from UC Berkeley Extension.
