Janine Hertel is a Junior Referentin Unternehmenskommunikation at mexxon consulting GmbH & Co. KG since April 2021, previously serving as a Praktikantin in the Abteilungskommunikation at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from September 2020 to March 2021. Janine's experience includes a role as Werkstudentin Social Media at Urban Media Project from November 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities involved online editorial work and social media management. Additionally, Janine worked as Aushilfe at Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt from December 2014 to December 2018, focusing on children's programs, workshops, and tours, and contributed to DFF - Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum as a Freie Mitarbeiterin from 2016 to 2017, engaging in museum education and children's birthday events. Janine holds a Master of Arts in Mediendramaturgie from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaft from Goethe University, along with a bachelor's degree in Discipline delle Arti, della Musica e dello Spettacolo from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
