Támara Spir is a skilled UX Researcher currently employed at ID Finance since August 2022. Previously, Támara held roles in UX Research and Interaction Design at Bancolombia from October 2019 to September 2021 and worked as a freelancer from March 2016 to October 2019. Experience also includes a junior UX researcher position at Adbid - Marketing Digital and an internship at BRUJITA Design & Innovation. Támara began a career as a researcher in UX at Mass_ in 2016. Academically, Támara holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from HARBOUR.SPACE and a degree in User Experience Design from Universidad de Los Andes.
