Cesar Rosendo has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Lease Operator at Mewbourne Oil Co since March 2022. Prior to this role, Cesar worked at Halliburton from September 2016 to March 2022 as a Service Supervisor and from August 2013 to October 2015 as a Service Specialist. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Computer/Electronics from High-Tech Institute (1998-1999) and a Diploma in General Studies from Lovington High (1994-1998).
